Pilates focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. This form of exercise can help to address a wide range of conditions and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Pilates Circuit

This features a range of Pilates equipment, designed to give you a safe and effective full-body workout. Available as both a class and an individual programme to treat an underlying issue or for you to achieve a specific goal. The equipment works on all aspects of physical improvement – core stability, flexibility, balance, control, and strength.

One to One Exercise

Each session is personalised to your needs, whether it's for regular classes, a programme to work on at home or a combination of both. They enable you to be exposed to a wider variety of exercises that can help your specific condition, allow for more feedback on how you're actually performing the exercise and help with motivation. Sessions have been used for post-surgery or injury rehabilitation, ante and postnatally, and also for recommended physiotherapy exercise.
